Introduction

WHO ARE WE

BIOD collaborates with BioDesign makers, land artists, local farmers, and ecology producers who work together to create solutions to environmental challenges. Our latest project was in Larnaca (Cyprus), where we established a BioDesign Festival with a mycelium pavilion by Stijn Dries and Ivana Mik, an exhibition on BioDesign called BioSculpt and many engaging workshops.

Vision

Our mission is to create an ecosystem where (bio)designers, artists, scientists, and farmers come together to develop solutions that address pressing environmental challenges. By developing the potential of BioDesign, we strive to revolutionize traditional farming practices, enhance ecological sustainability, and promote the use of regenerative materials and processes.
